National Communications Authority celebrated World Consumer Rights Day in 4 regions.

In the margins of the World Consumer Rights Day, the Ghanaian regulator seized the opportunity to raise the awareness of users of telecommunications equipment about the theme: «Consumer Empowerment and Protection in a Smarter Market».
The consumers who took part in the event were made aware of Fraud prevention, Unsolicited Electronic Communications, Consumer Complaint Process and several other topics on consumer rights.
According to Mrs. Nana Defie Badu the Director of Consumer and Corporate Affairs of NCA, this initiative will allow consumers to know not only their rights and responsibilities, but also the necessary information about the use of telecommunications products.
In addition, the authority did not fail to point out that its doors remain open at all times to meet consumer expectations. Our marketing team remains available to assist you in obtaining your approval certificates. You may write to us at sales@consultit-now.com .
