The National Communications Authority (NCA) is struggling hard for regulation

After the step in KUMASI, Tamale is now the place for awareness program. The regulator is discussing with the population on draft QoS regulation .This activity aims to take into account consumer recommendations for a better sector. Indeed, the meeting was held on April 23rd with telecommunications companies, institutions and the press.

Henry Kanor mentioned that the aim of the regulation is to provide quality services before pointing out that it will promote customer satisfaction. He also added that this will provide an opportunity for telecommunications companies to meet the conditions set out for obtaining quality services.

As quality is an essential rule for the development of a service, all stakeholders will have to work in this direction for a better telecommunications sector. However, if you have any questions regarding the approval of your equipment write us  at
