Regulators exchanged views in Ouagadougou from April 23-26, 2019.
The Guinean telecommunications regulator ARPT (Autorité de Regulation des Postes et des Telecommunications) took part in the meeting of African regulators from West Africa. Alongside him are Côte d’Ivoire, Liberia and Sierra Leone. This meeting allowed ARPT to stand out by holding the position of second vice-president of the Executive Committee. As reminder, the meeting ended with the signing of a memorandum of understanding on the mutual sharing of information and experience, particularly in the context of the implementation of the Single African Network, the coordination of frequencies at borders and the fight against fraud.
